Yakult is a probiotic dairy product made by fermenting a mixture of skimmed milk with a special strain of the bacterium Lactobacillus casei Shirota.
Basundi is a delicious dessert mostly served in the western parts of India, i.e Maharashtra and Gujarat. It is sweetened dense milk garnished with dryfruits.
