What is
Frozen custard is a dessert very similar to an ice cream except that is made by adding Eggs, sugar and cream.It contains at least 10% milk fat and 1.4% egg yolk.
Basundi is a delicious dessert mostly served in the western parts of India, i.e Maharashtra and Gujarat. It is sweetened dense milk garnished with dryfruits.
