Smetana ist eine dicke, gelblich weiß und leicht sauer Verkostung Creme, die etwa 40% Milchfett enthält.

Kaymak ist eine Art konzentrierte Creme, die traditionell aus Büffel oder Kuhmilch in der Türkei hergestellt wird. Es wird im Allgemeinen mit Honig zum Frühstück und einigen traditionellen türkischen Desserts verzehrt.
