What is
Žinčica or Žinčice is a drink made of sheep milk whey similar to kefir. It is a by-product in the process of making bryndza cheese.
Strained yogurt, Greek yogurt, yogurt cheese, labneh, is yogurt which has been strained to remove its whey, resulting in a relatively thick consistency, while preserving yogurt's distinctive, sour taste.
